Best overall tour of Austin!

This was a great tour! Our tour guide was a great story teller and it encompassed many ghost stories, murders, and history all in one. Dont forget the awesome drinks you can purchase along the way! We ended up going back to one of the bars after the tour for a night cap.

Your guide Tyler is awesome!

Tyler, our tour guide, was excellent. His explanation of events was incredible, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in true crimes. Recommendations to anyone thinking of taking this tour are to dress accordingly for the weather and drink plenty of water.

One of our favorites in Austin

This was one of our favorite things to do in Austin. Realize it is several hours and it’s a walking tour. I fail to understand the poor reviews that complain that it’s long and drawn out when you can clearly see how long it is when book. We had a chunk of our tour group leave half way through because they “had dinner reservations and they didn’t realize it was going to be this long.” Go in with a great attitude and take in the history. The stories are fascinating and a little disturbing (that’s the point right?).

Totally enjoyable

Jim was amazing. The tour was fun, informative, interesting, and did I mention fun? My sister and I did this tour. We learned about the history of Austin ... some juicy local knowledge, and a nice comprehensive view of Austin. Enjoyed it greatly and would do it again.

Great walking tour

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and made the walking tour a lot of fun.He also gave great tips on where to eat and visit afterward. We took his advice and got the brisket at Coopers for lunch. It was delicious. Then we explored the trail next to the creek. Next we took Congress all the way up to the capital.
